How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days for domestic orders. Please note that since our products are custom-made, there is an additional processing time of 3-5 business days before your order ships.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, our production team begins crafting your personalized item, and we can no longer make changes.

What is your return policy for personalized items?

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

How can I track the status of my delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
